CRE8 is returning to the South Bank TAFE campus in 2018, once again transforming the space into a festive and fantastical wonderland full of free food, activities, student folios, exhibitions, sounds and creations.

CRE8 Festival is a free annual creative spectacular that showcases and celebrates TAFE Queensland students’ portfolios, exhibitions, sounds and creations. It is a creative collision of our hospitality, visual arts, music, photography, signage, fashion, gaming, engineering, beauty and fitness.

CRE8 is a perfect chance to show your support for emerging local talents – to celebrate their work across all areas of the creative arts including fashion, floristry, photography, digital design and much, much more!

On the night, you can expect to see a full range of cutting edge music talents, outdoor entertainment, exciting artistic creation and delicious free food. This year’s festival is bursting with things to do – get some killer Instagram content with personalised glitter henna, glow in the dark doughnut creations and free LED fairy floss. You can also learn from professionals on the basic metal working techniques and create custom earrings to take home.

There will also be a number of activation zones where you can learn, play and explore – think virtual reality, gaming, health, art, gigs, fashion and loads more.
