Celebrate the film release of The Dressmaker by joining textile artist Miriam Gillham as she discusses her artistic process for creating handmade textile art corsets. Miriam will discuss pattern drafting, stitching and embellishment and show examples of her work for you to see and touch. Miriam’s beautiful corsets will be on display at Toowong Library throughout September. Bookings required.
