Corporate Christmas Lunch at Four Points
Treat yourself to a delectable 2-course Christmas lunch, held everyday from Tuesday December 1 to Friday December 18 at Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane. Guests will indulge in a decadent share platter dessert, along with a choice of a main, accompanied by a glass of beer, wine or soft drink for $30 per person.
Select your main, from a mouth-watering menu:
- Roast pork fillet medallions with sautéed pea sprouts, sweet potato and apple cider jus
- Seared barramundi, basil risotto, roasted asparagus , slow roasted tomatoes and white wine saffron cream
- Baked spinach and ricotta cannelloni, rich tomato sauce, rocket and parmesan salad
- Roasted turkey, roasted baby vegetables, onion and sage stuffing, cranberry gravy
- Grilled beef tenderloin, red wine glaze, petit fondant potato, baby carrots, asparagus
Dessert includes:
- Vanilla bean panna cotta with glazed summer berries
- Christmas pudding with anglaise and rum and raisin ice cream
- Classic mini pavlova with fresh fruit, berry compote and quenelle of vanilla cream
