A little birdy told us that Westfield Chermside is throwing a killer bash to celebrate its new redevelopment, and you’re all invited – pack your party shoes and stretchy pants for a Concert on the Green!

Head to The Urchin from 6:00 pm to catch a live set from Brisbane’s favourite vibe-setter, Young Franco. You likely know him from his huge hits ‘Drop Your Love’ and ‘Miss You’ gaining heavy rotation on Triple J and commercial radio – this is your chance to see him pumping tunes for a 90 minute set.

As well as Young Franco, there will be a spectacular live light show as The Urchin is illuminated for the very first time. You can get your hands on free popcorn to munch on as you enjoy the spectacle, as well as nestling into a cosy cushion designed by artist Fintan Magee if you need a break from dancing. As an added bonus, the cushion is yours to take home after the show – score!

When the concert is done and dusted you can eat your way around Westfield Chermside’s brand-new dining precinct! More than 20 new restaurants will be open for business on the day, so prepare to feast like never before.
