GPO and Smirnoff are excited to announce the return of the Colombian Street Festival for another epic celebration of all things Colombian in the heart of Fortitude Valley. Honouring Colombian Independence Day, this traditional street party will feature Colombian food and drink, live music performances, as well as Latin dancing and DJ sets. With festivities kicking off from 12:00 pm, punters will be able to feast on a huge variety of authentic Colombian dishes, ranging from paella to empanadas, arepas, sweet treats and more.

There will also be plenty of exotic Colombian beverages to enjoy, including Aguardiente, Aguila, Gaseosas Colombians, as well as a Colombian-style shots bar and cocktail towers. Live music will fill the streets, with performances from local Colombian bands and DJs, followed by an official after-party at GPO. This year there will be an all-new kids’ zone offering face painting, balloons, cartoons on the big screen, and Latin music and dancing lessons.
