Christmas at Fosh
On the lookout for a venue to celebrate the silly season? Portside Wharf’s newest seafood-centric restaurant Fosh has the festive season covered with a belly-pleasing banquet running throughout December and gourmet seafood boxes available to preorder for your Christmas Day or Christmas Eve function.
Featuring kingfish, king prawns and king crab, the Three Kings banquet is just $75 per person for seven courses. Sink your teeth into kingfish with ages ponzu and chives, Mooloolaba king prawn ravioli with lemongrass vinaigrette, Alaskan king crab with black-pepper sauce, chilli and lime, Asian greens, fried rice and chocolate cake with rum anglaise and shaved chocolate.
A classic Aussie Christmas isn’t complete without a sumptuous seafood spread. Foshtails – Fosh’s resident fish and chippery – is putting together two gourmet seafood boxes available to preorder and collect on Christmas Eve. Boxes start from $130, feature king prawns, fresh oysters, Moreton Bay bugs, lobster, cocktail sauce and lemon and are designed for four people to share.
