Join us on the top floor of Botero House at 7PM as Dan Brown delivers his signature style of modern cooking that is sometimes playful, sometimes classic and always prepared with care. Using seasonal ingredients and a large dose of technical skill, Dan will offer a tasting menu of cheese based dishes inspired by their home country. Dan’s Michelin Stared experiences with some of the world’s best restaurants like The Fat Duck will be on full display for a truly unforgettable night!
