Can our CEO Kitchen Chefs cut-it in the kitchen?

Nutrition plays an important role in the treatment and management of cystic fibrosis. A person with cystic fibrosis must consume 120% to 150% more than the recommended daily food intake for their age and size. They consume a diet high in fats, salts and sugars and pay attention to the nutritional value of food to assist the absorption of vitamins to help fight infection.

Each CEO Kitchen Chef is challenged to fundraise a minimum of $3 000 and battle it out in a live culinary challenge at the magnificent MODA Events, Portside. Our celebrity CEO Kitchen Judges Josue Lopez (Chef and Owner The Wolf East Brisbane) and Javier Codina (Chef de Cuisine and Co-owner MODA Restaurant) will oversee the action to award the title of CEO Kitchen Master Recipe Chef for the dish with the best technique, flavour and that meets the nutritional needs of a cystic fibrosis friendly diet.
