Bacchus Restaurant takes its name very seriously (Bacchus was of course, the god of wine) and has just dropped news that is sure to send aficionados of the grape into a frenzy. Under the watchful eye of Sommelier Andrew Giblin, Castagna in Beechworth has been announced as Feature Winemaker for Winter 2018 at Bacchus, with an intimate menu-matched Wine Dinner on August 21 sure to set tongues wagging.

The Castagna Winemakers Dinner will be held in the Bacchus Private Dining Room with very limited seating on August 21. Given its intimacy, it promises to be an evening of pure taste indulgence, with Head Chef Massimo Speroni creating a mouth-watering menu flavour-matched to the wines.
