Bush tucker tastes and walk @ Youth Week

Combine two great bush tucker activities in one. Start with a walk through the Australian Rainforest looking at plants used for food, tools, and medicines. Then drop in and taste native plants used for foods by Aboriginal people. Enjoy the delicious flavours of our native leaves, berries and fruit and compare them to the flavours of traditional herbs and fruits commonly found in your kitchen. You may choose to do just the walk or tasting session on their own.

Venue: Meet outside the Auditorium for the walk and end up in the kitchen in the garden for the tasting session.
