Gather your gang and get ready for a fun-filled day out – Brookfield Show is back and better than ever from May 13–15! 

Brisbane’s biggest little country show, held on the second weekend of May, will be shining a spotlight on the very best of regional and metro agriculture.

Your mouth will be watering at the many flavoursome food offerings available – with sizzling snacks available from Sorella & Co and The Italian Stallion Gourmet Pizza. Local businesses, not-for-profit and community groups will also have their usual stands so you’ll be able to stroll, shop and take a gander during your visit. Arts, crafts and cooking competitions will be back this year while equestrian ring events, community performances, wood chopping demonstrations, performance dogs, workshops, whip cracking and reptile displays, face painting, fireworks will be aplenty. The entertainment only gets amped up as the sun goes down with the ever-popular rodeo making a much-anticipated return, plus live entertainment will be turning up the heat all night. Of course, you can wet your whistle at the Brookfield Members’ Bar, where drinks will be flowing to the soundtrack of live bands. Plus, the roving silt walkers, the Mask Trio Family of the comedic Lollypop Ladies, the English Bobbies and the Tamborine Band will be back, helping to put smiles on everyone’s dials. 

Helping to kick off the festivities is The Brookfield Show Ball, which is once again on this year at Brookfield Showgrounds on May 7 at 7:00 pm. This country-style cocktail soiree will be brimming with gourmet bites and beverages for an all-inclusive price of $150.
