Putting a new spin on your traditional day at the races is the Brisbane Racing Carnival Car Park Party. On June 6, a special portion of Doomben Racecourse will be turned into a makeshift car park where patrons will be able to drive in, take up prime position along the back straight, bring their own food and drink and enjoy the races with a group of friends. With a close vantage point of the starting barriers throughout the afternoon, super screens, toilets and tote facilities nearby, the Car Park Party precinct is an entertaining and inexpensive way to get maximum enjoyment out of the AAMI Stradbroke Day.
