BrisAsia Food Festival
Prepare your stretchy pants – BrisAsia Food Festival is returning with stellar bites, creative cooking classes and a whole lot of fun at some of Brisbane’s best Asian eateries from February 20–21. Diners can take advantage of some seriously tasty specials at eateries such as Chu The Phat, Madame Wu, Super Bowl, Golden Palace Chinese Restaurant, Curry ‘n’ Cask, Indian Brothers and Kubo’s Bar and Grill.
As well as some delicious deals being dished up across the city, eager diners can also put on the chef’s hat and get their hands dirty with some hands-on cooking classes on Saturday February 20. King Street locale Fat Dumpling will be hosting a dumpling class where foodies can spice up their lives and learn the secret of how to make the most delicious dumpling. If momo are your mouth-watering morsels of choice, then make tracks to 8848 Momo House for a flavourful cooking class, where seasoned chefs will teach you the ins and outs of making a perfect Nepalese-style momo.
