BrisAsia Business Workshops
When it comes to walking the talk by supporting Brisbane’s small-business community, BrisAsia Festival has got it down. The annual festival is committed to lending its support to small business, Asian and migrant businesses, start-ups and non-male entrepreneurs, championing diversity in our city. The organisers behind the festival have taken on board the challenges that these groups face, so they offer support and mentorship through the BrisAsia Business Workshops.
This new initiative from BrisAsia Festival is dedicated to creating a support network for small-business owners, connecting those in need with the resources and advice to truly thrive in their chosen ventures. We’re talking the process of setting up, marketing and the day-to-day challenges of running a business – it’s all covered!
BrisAsia Business Workshops are the first in the line to connect and support Asian artists, entrepreneurs, migrant and refugee women to help them with guidance, training and mentorship. The workshops will be held in north, south and west Brisbane at the following locations:
This event is part of Brisbane City Council’s BrisAsia Festival 2021, where you can experience the best of Asia right here in Brisbane. You can find out more about this year’s festival by visiting Council’s website.
