Bris Funny Fest is a festival that celebrates the breadth of comedy talent that Brisbane has to offer.

It is a festival that showcases everything from established international artists to emerging performers putting on a show for the first time.

This year sees the return of Brisbane-boy-done-good Matt Okine for his second year at the festival, MICF 2017 Comic’s Choice winner Luke Heggie, 2017 Queensland RAW winner Oliver Twist as well as female run comedy nights, an improvised cabaret, a live podcast recording, a wrestling themed panel show, comedy musicians Release The Bees, an RSPCA fundraiser hosted by Mel Buttle, Improvised theatre (with added gorilla) and a live game of Dungeons & Dragons.

Running from Wednesday August 1 to Sunday August 26 with about 70 shows on offer, there’s sure to be something to make you giggle!
