About the practitioner – A practitioner and teacher of meditation for over a decade, Sharn Rocco (PhD) has attended retreats and received instruction from some of the world’s renowned meditation masters. She has taught courses and led mindfulness retreats in various locations in Australia and overseas. Twice scholar-in-residence at the Garrison Institute New York, Sharn has published scholarly, research and magazine articles about teaching meditation and its effects.
