Experienced personal trainer Darren Pennisi will host a series of free boot camp sessions for locals at the Greenbank Shopping Centre.

The boot camp will run every Saturday morning from 6:30–7:30 am until December 16, 2017 and is open to people of all ages and abilities.

Mirvac is sponsoring the classes so members of the community can enjoy the boot camp at no cost, and Mr Pennisi is giving his time to the community to see the proceeds from the program donated to Bowel Cancer Australia in honour of his friend Jack who lost his battle with the disease just 10 weeks after diagnosis.
