Calling all blokes! This day is about you. Round up your mates for the ultimate ‘man date’ at Blokes’ Day Out at Doomben Racecourse.

A new initiative of the Brisbane Racing Club, this event supports MANDATE, the PA Research Foundation’s men’s health initiative, with BRC donating $5 from every general admission ticket sold to the foundation.

Trackside entertainment and attractions include a mechanical bull and surfboard ride, which will give competitive punters the chance to test their sporting prowess.

In the West Terraces dining room, sporting stars including dual-code rugby legend Lote Tuqiri and Broncos greats Justin Hodges, Jharal Yow Yeh and Jack Reed will join cricketing hero and Brisbane Racing Club 2017 Ambassador Lee Carseldine at the Sportsman’s Lunch.

As the racing winds down, the NRL Cowboys v Knights game will screen in the Champions Bar. And after the last race, Aussie rockers The Radiators hit the main stage to take the Blokes’ Day Out party into the night.
