Sacha built his distillery from the ground up and is intensely passionate about crafting spirits using Australian produce. He has been a pioneer in the industry with his Sunset Gin and was the first to use formic acid, found in green ants, in his Green Ant gin. It is safe to say that Sacha is not afraid of pushing the boundaries.
