Often it is said that an absence of colour provokes an individual to create its own magnificent pictures. So Aspire Gallery presented a challenge to their artists – how do you show beauty, if the world is denied of colour? How do you think the world looks in black and white?

Following the success of last year’s exhibition, ‘Black & White’ has returned to Aspire Gallery’s walls again this May. The result of the challenge posed may be a space devoid of colour – but an exhibition full of technique and emotion.
