Black Ox is joining forces with renowned winemaker Mark Ravenscroft to bring Brisbane foodies a dining experience not to be missed!

Mark has decades of experience in producing award-winning wines, having been wine maker at many well known wineries such as Tyrrell’s (Hunter Valley), Capel Vale Estate (Margaret River) and Queensland’s own Ballandean Estate (Granite Belt). In 2004, Mark found the perfect spot in the Granite Belt to establish Ravens Croft Wines where he produces, grows and carefully nurtures a range of quality grapes, including Pinotage, which is only grown in a handful of wineries across Australia.

This unique collaboration aims to create a sublime menu designed to bring out the best of the beautiful flavours of the freshest Queensland produce and local wines.
