On Sunday September 13, hundreds of cycling enthusiasts will hit the streets for Brisbane’s biggest mass bike ride. Pedal Brisbane is hosting the ride, called Bicycles Welcome Here, for avid cyclists of every skill level. Close to 1000 bikes will be winding their way through the Brisbane CBD accompanied by members of the Queensland Police Service who will control the intersections for the procession of cyclists. When the ride winds up at Kurilpa Point Park, the afternoon will boast a celebration featuring food, DJs, and speakers all with river, bridge, and city views.
