The Art of Eating presents Beyond the Basics Sourdough Workshop at Wandering Cooks Saturday April 9 from 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm. For $85, this workshop will get you even better acquainted with your starter culture and all the fine baked goods you can make together at home, including pizza dough, flat breads, pancakes and of course that elusive artisan loaf.
