Beer Degustation Dinner
Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane in conjunction with Newstead Brewing Co proudly present our Beer Degustation Dinner from 6:30 pm on Thursday July 19. Enjoy a perfectly paired degustation menu from executive chef Ambrose Andrews and Newstead Brewing Co’s head brewer. The menu features the likes of lemon and prawn arancini with a matching session ale, duck terrine with slow-cooked tomato relish and an India Pale Ale, slow-cooked beef striploin with French lentil cassoulet with an amber ale, and a baked cheese cake paired with a special batch barrel-aged bourbon. Patrons will be able to hear beer insider tips as the team shares their knowledge and love of craft beer. To be part of this celebration of Queensland craft beers and local produce, book early as spaces are limited.
