Beer Degustation Dinner
If locally brewed craft beer and a five course degustation sounds like something you would raise a glass to then make sure you mark your calendar for Thursday October 25. Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane and Newstead Brewing Co have come together to celebrate Queensland craft beers and local produce. Executive Chef Ambrose Andrews will be plating up a full degustation menu featuring dishes such as pulled pork, slow cooked beef ribs and dark chocolate mousse. A Newstead Brewing Brew Master will be on hand to share their knowledge and love of craft beer and guide guests through the beer pairing.
