Think cedar planked smoked Tassie salmon, red Onion, fresh dill sprigs and fried crispy capers on a lemon and fennel cream base.

We’re talking Picklehead smoked jalepenos, fennel, Smoked Eggcetera pork meatballs and Blazed drizzle on a red base.
