Baedeker’s first Cognac Club tasting will be held this Wednesday April 26 in the secret cellar. The club will run monthly with expert hosts, and the tastings will feature rare, aged and new cognacs. You’ll be hard pressed to find some of these aged cognacs anywhere else in Brisbane.

The first event will feature delicious drops to the tune of:

Dudognon Grande Champagne 100% folle blanche,
Jean Fillioux Grande Champagne Vintage 1992,
Paul Giraud Grande Champagne Tres Rare 40 years.

Armagnacs:
Gelas Bas Armagnac De Bortoli Finish Black Noble Cask,
Darroze Tenareze Armagnac 1980 Domaine de La Poste,
Delord Bas Armagnac 1964.
