Bad Hombres Pop-up

Riding on the success of a hugely well received pop-up in Sydney’s Surry Hills, iconic vegan Mexican joint Bad Hombres is opening its second pop-up restaurant at Alf’s Place for five whole weeks.

Bad Hombres is a collaboration between three of Sydney’s brightest young restaurateurs, Toby Wilson, Head Chef (Ghost Boy), Sean McManus, Restaurant Manager (King of Sydney’s coffee scene) and Jon Kennedy, Operations Manager (Hospitality Entrepreneur). Their next voyage is showing the vibrant Brisbane foodie scene why they’ve been getting rave reviews for their innovative and delicious vegan Mexican menu and selection of natural Australian wines.

The Bad Hombres crew also have a distinct passion for using natural Australian wines that are additive-free and organically derived, linking the whole experience and making the meal one to remember.

With the majority of plates designed to be shared with friends and 10 beers on tap with a fun soundtrack to boot, Bad Hombres is sure to be one of the Valley’s hidden gems this summer.
