Bacchus Restaurant’s New Year’s Eve Degustation
For the gastronome who prefers a decadent dessert over a frenzied festival, Bacchus Restaurant’s New Year’s Eve Degustation is a delightful way to spend the last evening of 2018. With your partner or a table of loved ones, enjoy fluffy gnocchi with sturgeon caviar, king prawn with beetroot risotto, scotch fillet with blue truffle and foie gras jus, mango with valrhona dulcey chocolate and petit fours by Bacchus.
With sittings at 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, you’ll have plenty of time to carry on celebrating with champagne and fireworks at the Soleil Pool Bar or be snuggled into bed by 10:30 pm!
6:00 pm sitting – Tickets are $175 with paired wines and $225 with Sommelier’s Private Selection
8:00 pm sitting – Tickets are $220 with paired wines or $270 with Sommelier’s Private Selection (including Moet & Chandon and canapes on arrival)
