Ari Shaffir describes his comedy as a puppet show, but way filthier and without the puppets. In addition to his increasingly popular podcast The Skeptic Tank and as a regular on the Joe Rogan Experience Podcast, Ari is probably most well-known for a series of comedy works entitled The Amazing Racist where Ari is seen acting in a manner which is overtly and ironically racist, many of these offensive encounters were filmed for National Lampoon’s Lost Reality DVD. They were then ripped to the internet by hundreds of nerds and seen by millions of people. Watching the videos makes many people laugh and many people angry. Ari gets death threats at least once a week and loves them all. If you haven’t seen the videos Google him, please don’t watch them at work because you’ll get fired.

Ari grew up orthodox Jewish and spent two years in yeshiva in Israel before returning to America to lose his religion. He has performed all over the world as both a solo act and as the host of his storytelling show “This is not happening” which is now on comedy central.
