From September 11–18 2015, Pedal will run a bicycle fringe festival and campaign, Bicycles Welcome Here (BWH), adding a dynamic, colourful, community element to the internationally renowned Asia-Pacific Cycle Congress (Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, 13-16 September 2015).

The weeklong APCC Bicycle Fringe Festival will include a large group ride on Sunday 13 September; a public Instagram photography competition (#bicycleswelcomehere to submit); the Bicycles Welcome Here Party, a campaign celebration and networking night on Wednesday 16 September; as well as a program of associated fringe events held by individuals and community groups. The Bicycles Welcome Here Party is being hosted at and supported by the soon to be West Village, which will be Brisbaneʼs most bike friendly place.
