They say Rome wasn’t built in a day, but An Italian Affair at Hamilton Reach can transport you to Europe for one glorious afternoon.

On Saturday September 7, the lush grassy surrounds of Hamilton Reach will come alive with authentic Italian vibes, complete with food and music to set the scene.

A soundtrack of live Italian-style beats and accordion music will set the scene as you fill up at the food trucks selling pizza, pasta, cheese and more Roman eats, as well as gelato and sorbet from Dolci and Co. – oh, and don’t forget to stop by the Northshore Harbour Café Cocktail Stand for an aperitif!

That’s not all – there will be loads of free things to take advantage of including caricatures, giant games for the kids and photo magnet mementos.

Bring a picnic rug and your best mates for an afternoon of entertainment and feasting. Furry friends are more than welcome – in fact, Brisbane Barkery will be on hand selling doggy treats to keep their tails wagging.
