In a former life, David Hinchliffe was a well known politician having spent 25 years in Council which included serving in Brisbane’s Civic Cabinet for 17 years and positions as Chairman of Planning and Deputy Mayor.

Since retiring from Council, David is enjoying life as a full time artist and has had 7 exhibitions in the last 2 years including a sell-out show at the New York Art Fair, numerous exhibitions in London in 2014 and a stint as Artist in Residence at the Blackheath International Chamber Music Festival in London.
