Gin lovers – consider this your official gin-vitation to venture out from hibernation and into a G&T dinner at Ehden Bar & Kitchen. Be welcomed into the garden with an Australian Estate negroni featuring Adelaide Hills gin, before settling in for a fanciful four-course dinner prepared by head chef Jamie McKinney (ex Alliance – Brisbane) and owner/restaurateur Simon Barakat.

Each delectable course will be perfectly paired with a gin from small-batch spirits maker Adelaide Hills Distillery, specifically their 78 Degrees gin portfolio. At the event, brand ambassador Steve Prasad will take guests on a historical exploration of the world’s most iconic highball, the gin & tonic – it will be a complete gin-education!

Produced in small batches utilising grape spirit, the 78 Degrees Gin range is vapour distilled using a unique column and basket distillation method which helps retain delicate flavours and aromas.  The 78 Degree distillation process involves individually vaporising every ingredient to achieve consistency; creating gin which is distinctively flavoured – pungently aromatic and displaying resinous, citrus and floral notes with underlying spice.

Included in the ticket price of $150 per person, guests will also receive a take home gift – a bottle of 78 Degree gin and a four pack of Fever Tree Australia premium mixers.
