We all know that the struggle to get moving can be very real when there are so many public holidays happening (just one more Easter egg can’t hurt, right?) – which is why the Active8 Fun Day is swooping in to get you back into a healthy groove.

Taking place at Villa World’s lush Covella, this free day out has loads of fun activities to take advantage of – you won’t even realise you’re exercising! In Shape Outdoors will teach you how to make the most of your surroundings with a demo on exercise equipment in the park and classes, Boundless Yoga will show you how to get bendy, plus you can wear yourself out on the extreme inflatable obstacle course, inflatable soccer shootout, bungy trampolines and  jumping castle. Oh, and face painters will be on hand to make things even more fun.

All that movement will have you working up an appetite, so curb those hunger pangs with free (yes, free) bites from Alba Catering, healthy burgers from Micasa Food Truck, noodle boxes and rice paper rolls from Rolls Pho Mi or a good old-fashioned sausage sizzle washed down with a fresh Boost Juice or delicious coffee. Feel like earning your drink? There will be Bike’n’Blend smoothie bikes on hand if you’re down to pedal your way to nourishment.
