Be greeted with Laurent Perrier Ultra Brut upon arrival alongside seafood inspired aperitif bites, before a four-course meal matched with Laurent Perrier La Cuvée, Millésimé 2007, Cuvée Rosé and a glass of Grand Siècle.
The menu will feature the likes of freshly shucked oysters, South East Queensland bugs, scallops and prawns, slow-cooked duck breast, Yardstick tenderloin and grilled lobster tail.
