2018 Barefoot Wellness Summit
Barefoot Physiotherapy are having their second annual Wellness Summit, which we think would be amazing for you to attend. You can hear from leading health professionals as they discuss practical ways you can take care of your mind, body and gut. We’d love to see you there, as we feel that this would be an incredible and rewarding workshop to assist you on your health and wellness journey.
This is a celebration of what we believe to be the best type of Health and Wellness: inclusive, informed and up to date. All presented in a friendly half day seminar format at the Queensland Tennis Centre in Tennyson.
There will be three presentations:
Kate Pollard (Dietitian): Creating a Great Relationship with Food
Sal Oliver Lange (Physiotherapist): Accumulative Strain and Building Resilience
Wade Jacklin (Psychologist): Implementing Change
Barefoot will also have their very own Olympian MC (Caitlin Sargent) keeping things running to schedule (get it… running) and sharing her story, a practical self-releases session with the Barefoot Physiotherapy team, as well as morning tea, lunch, nibbles all provided.
