Lovers of indie and underground publications will be making a beeline for the State Library of Queensland’s The Edge and various other locations around Brisbane this Saturday August 22 and Sunday August 23 to join this year’s annual Zine & Indie Comics Symposium (ZICS). Attend events, lend an ear to discussion panels, chat to like-minded locals and take part in inspiring workshops over two great days.

This year’s program features free fairs both days, the UQ Poetry Symposium SLAM!, Dr. Sketchy’s life drawing and a massive party.
