Update your wardrobe at Wardrobe Warriors
Do you have excess clothing, shoes and accessories lingering in the back of your wardrobe waiting to be rediscovered? Don’t let them gather dust – instead turn them into cash and update your wardrobe in the process.
Wardrobe Warriors gives men and women the opportunity to clean out their wardrobes every two months, sell off their wares and maybe even gather new pieces. The Wardrobe Warriors team is a dedicated group of volunteers who donate their time to support sustainable fashion and the community by donating market entry fees to charity. This weekend’s market is on Sunday January 17 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Mount Gravatt Showgrounds, and will assist to transform the lives of children in the care of The Pyjama Foundation. The resulting donation is up to those who attend, as it is a minimum gold-coin entry fee to shop at the market.
Head down to the Wardrobe Warriors’ 50-plus stalls this weekend, have cash on hand and wear light clothes or swimwear for easy fitting and then dig, sift and rummage your heart out until you find that perfect new outfit.
