Bringing a touch of the Byron Bay vibe to West End, the Vindie Markets are about encouraging everyone to shine and express their individual creativity.
Some of Brisbane’s best dressed vintage, gypsy, hippie and indie sellers will get together at West End’s Rumpus Room on Saturday March 5 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm for the meeting of pre-loved clothes, shoes, bags, treasures, drinks, music and the sharing of smiles and hugs. Adorn yourself with hair wraps, feathers and henna. Be soothed by a healing massage and spiritual readings. Browse through handmade and indie arts, crafts, gifts and jewellery, dreamcatchers, gems, plants and homewares.
There will be more than 60 stalls inside and outside including the likes of Hazel and Herb’s botanical jewellery and homewares made to honour Mother Earth, seaside inspired pieces by Life of Daisyy and original vintage from Arkive Vintage. The Rumpus Room bar will be open from 10:00 am.
