Hear us out here – while it may not seem like the most orthodox combination, the union of Tattersall’s Racing Club and Triple M has come about to treat us punters to a race day that is set to shake things up. Taking over Doomben Racecourse on Saturday July 21, the Triple M Rocks Tattersall’s Race Day comes with all of the ingredients of a rad race day event combined with some seriously rockin’ additions.
Following on from the smashing success of its RnB themed event, the Triple M Rocks Tattersall’s Race Day once again proves that putting some tunes on the trackside can add a whole new vibe to your typical race day. This is going to be one for the real cool kids out there – live band Phoenix will be providing the soundtrack for the day, you can shred your head off in the air-guitar competition, catch Triple M’s very own Rich Uncle Mal in his private pavillion, as well as hot-to-trot track action with the Sky Racing Listed race taking place.
If you’re hanging out at the Triple M Rocks Tattersall’s Race Day, the temptation to live it up like a legit rockstar is bound to be quite high. If you’re down with the VIP treatment, The Birdcage is the place to be. You can take your day to the next level with killer views of the on-track action, flowing beverages and a cocktail-style menu worthy of even the coolest backstage green room – because stars don’t wait in line, people. There will also be a live DJ spinning tunes to keep the vibes high all day long, so no need to wait for breaks between sets.
