The Temper Trap

The Temper Trap drops in to The Hi-Fi

The catchy tune ‘Sweet Disposition’ infiltrated the airwaves and ears of people around the globe when the single was first released in 2008. As a result, the song reached the coveted top 15 position in singles charts around the world, as well as propelling its creators, Australian indie-band The Temper Trap, to fame.

The Temper Trap went on to release two successful albums – Conditions, followed up by a self-titled creation. Both placed well in the ARIA Album Charts and the latter album has just been re-released as a special Australian collector’s edition, much to the enjoyment of the group’s devotees. This new album contains all of the original melodies, alongside a handful of unreleased acoustic recordings, plus a few bonus tracks and remixes.

Fans of The Temper Trap will be able to enjoy the group’s musical talents in person when it visits Brisbane as a part of a three-date tour of the east coast. Finishing up in Brisbane on Monday May 6, the band will be playing a show at West End’s The Hi-Fi. This performance is promised to be a celebration of the lads’ success in the industry so far, with singles from both albums to be included in the set list.
