A selfie lab from The Sugar Republic crew will be popping up in Brisbane
If you’ve ever been to one of The Sugar Republic’s rainbow-hued pop-ups, then you know it’s a feast for the eyes. Neon lights, copious amounts of glitter and candy-coated fixtures are just some of the mainstays at the colourful installations and The Sugar Republic’s newest creation, The Selfie Lab, is set to be its most ‘grammable creation yet. Described as ‘selfie heaven’, this pretty pop-up is worth bringing a few outfit changes for.
Opening at Westfield Chermside on Thursday June 24, The Selfie Lab will feature 16 colourful themed rooms that are perfect for snapping pics in, including a Palm Springs hotel, a 1950s diner and a topsy-turvy 80s bedroom. Inside the different areas you’ll be able to cuddle giant teddy bears, swing on rainbow playgrounds and immerse yourself in sparkly neon-lit spaces. There will even be changing rooms for the professional models among us and a candy bar full of sweet treats.
Tickets to this eye-popping spectacle will be available from Wednesday June 16 and you can sign up to be notified here.
