This weekend a flurry of handmade wares and lovingly crafted goods come together at The Finders Keepers market – a platform for independent artists and designers to showcase their crafty talent.
Held amongst the historic surrounds of The Old Museum in Bowen Hills, The Finders Keepers market returns to Brisbane for its autumn/winter season, showcasing more than 65 local and interstate creators. Bringing together emerging and established independent artists and designers, this biannual market is full of bright, eclectic treasures.
As you meander through the stalls, aromas of coffee and delicious provisions waft from the garden bar and cafe, while the sounds of local live music fills your ears. Shop for handmade jewellery, fashion and accessories, art, homewares, stationery and books, before pulling up a sunny patch of grass for a freshly made feast to top off the afternoon. The Finders Keepers market will be held this Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm each day.
