The 19th annual Splendour in the Grass festival unveils massive 2019 line-up

There’s been plenty of speculating and wishing the last couple of months, but now we can confirm the huge line-up for the 2019 event is finally here.

The 19th annual Splendour in the Grass line-up has been announced, and it’s a goodie. Get your gumboots and raincoats ready to bliss out to the sounds of Tame Impala, Chance The Rapper, Childish Gambino, SZA, Foals, Catfish And The Bottlemen, James Blake, Santigold, The Lumineers, The Streets, Russ, What So Not, Courtney Barnett, Warpaint, Matt Corby, Wolf Alice, Friendly Fires, Broods, Dean Lewis, Fidlar, Cosmo’s Midnight, Meg Mac, Ziggy Alberts, Hayden James, Dave, Dope Lemon, Dermot Kennedy, Allday & Friends, Little Simz, The Rubens, Maribou State, Winston Surfshirt, Tycho, Pond, The Teskey Brothers, Jacob Banks, Wolfmother, Tropical F*ck Storm, Kyle Hall, Local Natives, Mansionair, Odette, Ruby Fields, Mike Servito, Last Dinosaurs, Thelma Plum, Hatchie and many, many more.

Splendour in the Grass will return to its forever home at North Byron Parklands from Friday July 19 to Sunday July 21, 2019. While more than 100 musicians from around the globe will be warming up the tents, you can still give your ears a break with a visit to The Global Village for a cup of chai and a tarot card reading, the Splendour Forum for thought-provoking talks and panel discussions, The Comedy Club for a giggle, The Science Tent for fascinating revelations and experiments, or Splendour in the Craft to get your art on. For the families, Little Splendour will keep your young’ns interested with a DJ Skool, workshops, rock climbing and a babysitting service for when mum and dad need a well-earned break.

In 2019, the ticketing system has also been given a shake-up, with punters now able to purchase tickets on a payment plan. Onsite camping is available for up to five nights, with early entry into the campgrounds available from Wednesday July 17, and there’s even a designated family-friendly camping area, The Meadow. The 2019 Splendour in the Grass app is now available to download or update, and check out the full line-up and more info online.

Tickets will go on sale 9:00 am sharp AEST on Thursday April 11 through Moshtix or phone 1300 GET TIX (438 849).
