Indulge in some afternoon adventures of the movie kind, with SLiQ Flicks at the State Library of Queensland. As a part of SLiQ Flicks will be a Family Favourites segment – dedicated to the favourite films of many a childhood. During December, the audience also has the chance to vote for which family favourite they would like to see – on December 2 Brisbane has decided this will be 1946’s heart-warming It’s a Wonderful Life. You can find a full program of the films to be screened online, with upcoming movie options include the classic Princess Bride and action-packed The Avengers.
