The secret rooftop party bringing bottomless rosé and Michelin-star canapes to The City

Brisbane, it turns out that our fling with rosé has turned into a full-blown love affair. The prettiest drink of the summer has well and truly stuck around to prove itself as a sip for all seasons, and quite frankly we are here for it. Good news for lovers of the blushing beverage – there’s a brand-new variety coming out and you could be the first to try it! This isn’t any old premiere, though – the Secret Foodies have gotten their hot little hands on it and are taking the event sky high with a rooftop party on Saturday March 10.

The Secret Foodies rosé rooftop party is the latest Brisbane operation for the group – you know, the guys that organise killer soirees in secret locations that are only revealed two hours before the event via SMS. The pop-up parties all have different themes but share some common elements – catering by top chefs, flowing drinks, and of course a mysterious location. Previous parties have taken diners from underground cellars to rooftop oases, exploring themes such as wine matching, international flavours and cultural events.

For its next party trick, The Secret Foodies has organised a CBD surprise for lovers of rosé and good times. Apart from the central rooftop location, we have sourced some more juicy details about the gathering ahead of time. First of all, rooftop revellers will be amongst the first to try the new Days of Rosé, a stylish and sophisticated South Australian wine that is perfect for summer sippin’. Secondly, the food is going to be next-level delicious – the mystery chef on board for this event has spent years working in Michelin star restaurants across Europe and Central America. Finally, the dress code is pastel, which pretty much eludes to the fact that this whole affair is going to be extremely Insta-worthy.

Feel like indulging in some clandestine fun? Tickets to The Secret Foodies rosé rooftop party are on sale now through the official website – hurry up before they all fly away.
