Pinkies up, pals! Rosé Revolution is taking over Fish Lane in September
Whether it’s served crisp, frozen or infused into cocktails – we love a good rosé. Thankfully, our passion for the pink drink is widely shared, so much so that there’s a whole festival dedicated to the tasty tipple. Back for its sixth year this September, Rosé Revolution is turning a one-day fiesta into a month-long extravaganza.
On Saturday September 25, Rosé Revolution will be taking over Fish Lane’s Town Square and closing down the adjacent laneway to offer eager revellers more than 30 Australian and international wines, tantalising bites from Southside and live entertainment. The elegant event will be followed up with a month full of rosé specials at some of South Brisbane’s most beloved restaurant and bars, including a long lunch at Maeve Wine on September 26, a delicious brunch at Billykart Kitchen on October 10 and a boozy feast at La Lune Wine Co on October 31.
The pink-hued revelry doesn’t stop there, as various specials will be available up until October 31. There’s a scallop and rosé pairing at Chu the Phat, a rosé margarita at Kiki, a rosé spritz from Julius Pizzeria, a rosé martini from Bar Brutus and a multi-course menu with matched drinks at Hello Please. Eager to dive into this pretty-in-pink festival? Tickets to Rosé Revolution on Saturday September 25 are available now for $65 per person, and include five wine tastings, an individual grazing box by Southside and access to the Rosé Revolution pop-up bars where additional tastings, glasses and bottles can be purchased. Due to COVID-Safe restrictions on numbers, tickets are expected to sell out quickly so we suggest acting quickly. Viva la revolution!
