Everyone’s favourite food and wine festival Regional Flavours is returning for 2021, bringing an exciting new three-event line-up to South Bank Parklands! The flavoursome festivities kick off this June with Grazed and Grown, which will serve up a smorgasbord of delicious happenings by the river. Think waterfront craft-beer celebrations, winter solstice feasts, Byron Bay eats and a bougie opening party – our tummies are rumbling already.

Regional Flavours’ first event of the year, Grazed and Grown, will take riverside dining to a whole new level from June 18–20 with a selection of exclusive signature events to choose from. Don your best party outfit as the fun kicks off on Friday June 18 with the Grazed and Grown opening party. It’s here where you’ll get treated to a refreshing spritz on arrival, before indulging in an exclusive menu of delectable dishes spotlighting the growers and producers gracing the festival. From there you can rub shoulders with celebrity chefs and continue to wine, dine and dance into the evening with help from live DJ beats and a luxe bar serving up craft beer and cocktails into the night.

Saturday takes things up a notch with the Love Thy Neighbour event, which will showcase the best fresh produce and boozy concoctions Byron Bay has to offer. A welcome cocktail will kick off the festivities, where event goers can taste test enticing dishes from the region as well as imbibes from much-loved distilleries and brewers. Grab your winter woolies, as Saturday evening will see the precinct celebrate the winter solstice with a Winter Feast, where three belly-warming courses and live music will tantalise your senses. Sunday brings lots of sudsy sips to the riverside for boozy bash Crafted, which will welcome a collection of our best homegrown boutique breweries and distilleries to South Bank. Keen for a taste? Tickets to these signature events are limited and are available to purchase now. Head here to snap up yours.

The Weekend Edition is excited to be a supporting media partner for this year’s Regional Flavours, presented by City Parklands.
