It’s decided – we’re leaving lethargy back in 2017 where it belongs. The year that is 2018 is all about discovering our best selves, and we can’t think of a better way to get started than by getting active. The Medibank Feel Good Program is back again to give us the encouraging kick in the bum we need. Shake your groove thing and get toned for free – your body (and soul) will thank you.
It’s a new year, which means there are plenty of new opportunities to burn off the festive feasting. The Medibank Feel Good Program has arrived at a fortuitous time – the period where we are evaluating our habits and committing to making a positive change. From Monday January 29 the South Bank Parklands will come alive with all sorts of free activities for you to take advantage of, from high-energy sessions to calming and meditative classes.
If you need to burn off some excess energy, opt for the calorie-consuming athletic energy workout class, the invigorating high-intensity cardio workout or shake your booty in the engaging dance class. If you’d prefer to ease into your regimen, slow things down with a yoga or low-impact Tai Chi class. Aqua aerobics and pilates classes are great for building strength, while new mums can work out with little ones in hand at the mums and bubs classes. These free classes are led by fully qualified instructors and are suitable for all fitness levels. Morning, mid-morning and evening – there’s a class for you.
