Food, live music and comedy at Food Truck Laneway Sundays

The formula for Food Truck Laneway Sundays is simple: ten food trucks, buskers, an outdoor bar and comedy with the glorious Brisbane spring as a backdrop.

The World Food Markets brings some of Brisbane’s best food trucks to Food Truck Laneway Sundays on the third Sunday of every month in the laneway and carpark behind the Stones Corner Hotel. This weekend’s event will see the likes of Bella BBQ, Fire ‘N’ Dough Wood Fired Pizza, Gourmet H-Dogz, Greek Street Kantina, Hett’s n Ice Shaved Ice, Micasa Food Truck, Phatboys Truck and Sate House. John, Justine and Maggie from Puerto Taco will also be there, back from TV show Restaurant Revolution and ready to feed the masses. You can wash down your food-truck feast with a crisp wine or refreshing James Squire beer and cider on tap from the laneway bar.

Fairy lights, heaters and outdoor seating will set the mood in the laneway, accompanied by folk acoustics from Two Little Ducks and the eclectic mix of guitar, mandolin, a drum kit and the vocals of Daryl James. Inside the Stones Corner Hotel, the Sit Down Comedy Club Brisbane will host an open-mic with guest MC Andrew Nason.
